Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) is on-the-job training that allows students to develop their work skills and understand employer expectations. SWL is available to Lilydale Heights College students undertaking a VET program as part of their VCE or VCAL studies.

With SWL our students get real exposure to the world of work. They can develop job knowledge and skills in line with their VET studies and employer expectations.
