Yarra Group Division for Interschool Sports
Lilydale Heights College is part of the Yarra Group Division for interschool Sports. Students can elect or be selected to represent the College in a variety of sports played against eight other schools in this region.
We have had successes this year with the following teams winning the Yarra Group Division events and thus competing in the Eastern Metropolitan Region (EMR) events.
- Year 7 Baseball
- Year 7 Softball
- Year 7 Girls Hockey
- Year 7 Boys Table Tennis
- Intermediate Girls Hockey
- Senior Girls Tennis
- Senior Girls Badminton
Students who also are successful in our whole school swimming, athletics and cross-country carnivals were also able to represent the college in the Yarra Group carnivals and, if successful in these, represented the Yarra Group at the Eastern Metropolitan region carnivals.

Bella came first in 6 events at the Yarra Group Competition and became the Girls U13 Age Group Champion.

Tyler won his Discus event and Zane his High Jump to both compete at the All Schools Victorian Athletics Championship, with Tyler winning this also and now going to the Nationals in Adelaide in December.
