Learning in the Real World
The College Council recognizes that to implement and enhance the curriculum of the College it is necessary for students/staff to journey outside the College premises. Camps and excursions provide opportunities for students to learn in the real world and to build personal confidence and team skills.
Various Opportunities
The nature and extent of camps and excursions conducted by our College will depend on the Educational Programs/Policies approved by College Council after input from relevant Committees and Key Learning Areas.
Camps and excursions may be for: specific classes related to curriculum investigations in a Learning Areas, Sport Education, Physical Education, Outdoor Education, Year Level Camps, Language and Cultural International Tours, VCAL, Adventure Activities, Social Activities, Music Tours and Band Festivals.

- Central Australia Tour
- Annual Japan Sister Schools Tour
- Music Tours and Camps
- Year 12 Soaring Start Study Skills Camp
Parental/Guardian consent
Students wishing to go on camps or excursions are required to return the necessary permission forms, with signed parental/guardian consent, by the date indicated on the form, together with any payment required. Additionally, all students must have completed a current yearly Medical Form. Students who do not return signed forms and payments will not be permitted to go on the camp or excursion.
