Peer Support Visit to Year 7 Camp

On March 16th, the Year 10 Peer Support class visited the Year 7 Camp at Phillip Island. We were assigned to participate in a variety of activities with the Year 7’s as soon as we arrived at the camp site.

On 21st May a group of Year 9 students went down to Box Hill TAFE Lilydale Campus to get a ‘taste’ of TAFE life.

First Nations of LHC - May '21

We officially launched the Collaborative Indigenous Strategy with all six schools in the Lilydale and Upper Yarra Education Plan, with the Minister of Education, James Merlino, MP for Eastern Victoria Harriet Shing and Wurundjeri elder, Murrindindi.

Last term after hosting our first Yarning Circle, our deadly mob of First Nations students have decided to get together and have a yarn regularly at our lunchtime club, Mob Mondays, that runs in Week A.
