8C had the mammoth task of learning to play and record 'Hooroosh!' during the 2020 Covid19 Lockdown.

2019 has been another busy and productive school year. It is difficult to believe that this is the final newsletter for the year. December has been very industrious with students engaged in classroom and extra-curricular activities. While the College is busy preparing for the 2020 school year, many programs and activities have continued to be prepared and delivered to students still at the College.

Lilydale Heights College is always happy to share in students’ extra curricula activities.

Term 4 has seen seven teams competing in various Eastern Metropolitan Region Sporting events, as well as the EMR Athletics Carnival, with Zane Wheeler successfully competing in the State Athletics Carnival.

Congratulations to the LHC Stage Band for winning Gold for the second year in a row at the Victorian Schools Music Festival.

Congratulations to Bella Theophanous–Maddison who recently went to Canberra to swim at the Australian Institute of Sport as part of the Metro East Swimming Team.

Term 2 has seen a large number of students being involved in the Interschool sports events, competing in the Yarra Group Winter sports.
