Congratulations, thank you and farewell to all the Year 12’s and to our House Captains

During Remote Learning, a daily Sports Quiz was held on the Daily News, with a variety of questions over seven weeks.

Five of our teams were able to compete in the Yarra Group Volleyball Competition on Friday March 13.

Congratulations to our small College swim team who bravely competed in the Yarra District Swimming Carnival on Thursday 5th March in winter like conditions.

What a great day we all had at the Swimming Carnival! A little chilly out of the water, the pools were the place to be.

Term 4 has seen seven teams competing in various Eastern Metropolitan Region Sporting events, as well as the EMR Athletics Carnival, with Zane Wheeler successfully competing in the State Athletics Carnival.

Congratulations to Zane Wheeler who won the 18-20 year old Boys High Jump at the Eastern Metropolitan Region Athletics Carnival

Congratulations to the following Year 7 students who won their Yarra Group Interschool Sports on Friday 30th August.

A very big congratulations to our Year 7 Girls Basketball Teams who both came away with wins last Friday.

The team has been working extremely hard all term; during lunch times as well as in class time practices.

Congratulations to Bella Theophanous–Maddison who recently went to Canberra to swim at the Australian Institute of Sport as part of the Metro East Swimming Team.

LHC always like to hear about students who are successful in various Sports activities outside of the College.
