Hello from China once again. I am currently part way through a visit to China, travelling with the Department of Education. The tour has taken us to many cities in central and eastern China including Xi’an, Beijing and Shanghai. This has been a wonderful opportunity for Lilydale Heights College to be represented on an international stage and for the benefits of the Victorian Education System to be shared across the world.
The 2016 VCE cohort completed a very successful year of study and produced some exceptional results. The top ATAR achieved at Lilydale Heights College in 2016 was 89.7, ranking this student in the top 11% of students in the state.
It has been a very busy year and December has been no exception. While the College is busy preparing for the 2017 school year, many programs and activities have continued to be prepared and delivered to students still at the College.
With only a few weeks remaining in the school year, Lilydale Heights College remains a very busy and active place. Much planning is currently being undertaken to ensure that the 2016 school year winds down smoothly and that preparations for the 2017 school year are well in hand.
