The end of semester has come around very quickly and the winter months have set in. The College remains a very busy place in the lead up to the mid-year break.
Well done to all year 7 and 8 Humanities students on their work and conduct during Museum Day. The standard of work was very high.
Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at the College. However, students living outside of this zone may also express their interest.
Year 7 and 9 students have just completed their NAPLAN testing for this school year. This year NAPLAN was completed online. Although there were some minor hiccups on day one, the system worked efficiently and all testing was completed smoothly.
A very big thankyou to the Café Students who ran excellent Mother’s day events last week. They did an exceptional job in both Front and back of house positions and their attitudes were amazing. Well done!
Welcome to Term 2, I trust that everyone has had a restful Easter period and is enjoying the beautiful autumn weather we are currently experiencing in Melbourne. Another year has very quickly come and gone. It is difficult to believe that this is the final newsletter for the 2018 school year. It has been a very busy year and December has been no exception. While the College is busy preparing for the 2019 school year, many programs and activities have continued to be prepared and delivered to students still at the College.
The end of year examination period is well underway across all year levels. Year 11 students have now completed their examination period and the Middle School exams have begun.
Welcome back to Term 4. The weather has begun to warm up and festive thoughts loom ahead. Students have settled into the work routine and preparations for the end-of-year examinations are well underway.
