Principal's Report - Sep '22

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of our teachers and education support staff for their ongoing commitment and support this term in ensuring that all our students are able to continue to learn and grow in a safe, engaging and supportive environment.

Year 8 Camp - '22

Last week, 113 Year 8 students and 12 teachers headed to Camp Howqua.

Clay Target Shooting

On 5th May, I competed in the Yarra Valley School Annual Clay Target Championship.

Year 11 Gala - '22

The Year 11’s stepped out in style for the 2022 Gala at the York on Lilydale. Everyone put on their finest clothes and had a ball on the dancefloor.

Year 10 Leadership Day - '22

On Friday 2nd September, a selection of Year 10 students participated in a program called, "The Personal Effectiveness Workshop," run by Marion Osmond.

We had a great training weekend at Alexandra with our Award students.

On Tuesday 30th August, 28 of our students went to Yarra Group Athletics to represent the College.

Another busy Term of Sports! Basketball and Table Tennis were the sports being competed in this term for the Junior and Middle School students.

A wintery "Stary Night Social" gathering at the York On Lilydale for the Year 12’s was years in the making.

Voice of 8 - Aug '22

On Tuesday 16th August the Year 8 cohort participated in the Voice of 8 Program, an initiative designed to increase student agency and awareness to promote positive educational outcomes and attitudes towards school.
