Set on a spacious 8.8 hectare campus site, Lilydale Heights College has plenty of open space, recreational areas and neat gardens with spectacular views of the Dandenong Ranges. Our students enjoy a comfortable learning environment in well equipped labs and classrooms. Lilydale Heights College is pleased to share its facilities with the community. Remixing Imagination - Year 12 Studio Art Exhibition

The annual Yr 12 Studio art exhibition is on again and is held this year at the old Dick Smith store at Chirnside Park Shopping Centre. We were generously donated this space through Kimberly Place Community Centre and we greatly appreciate their continued support of our school.

The plan includes modernising school buildings and sharing new educational facilities between six schools located in the outer eastern area of Melbourne. Education State - Framework for Improving Student Outcomes - FISO

As part of the Victorian Government's Education State Reform Agenda all government schools are committing to a network focused on improving student learning outcomes. This Framework for Improving Student Outcomes (FISO) uses the latest research on student learning and global best-practice to assist schools to focus their efforts on key areas that are known to have the greatest impact on school improvement.

Work Experience

As a part of the Student Engagement in Learning for the Future program ( SELF), all Year 10 students have access to a week-long Work Experience Placement as a part of their of secondary school study. This provides students with the valuable opportunity to: develop employability skills explore possible career options understand employer expectations, and increase their self-understanding, maturity, independence and self-confidence. In addition to this they undertake a course aimed at improving financial literacy in preparation for managing themselves and their finances in the future.
