Congratulations to the Peer Support class of 2018 for their efforts this semester!
Students ran a successful weekly program with the Year 7 students as part of their transition into high school and they put a lot of thought into activities that the younger students would enjoy. In addition, they visited 7 of the local Primary Schools to make links the community and practice their leadership skills.
The students kept portfolios of their work and completed an assignment on leaders who inspire them the most. The students have shown some amazing growth in their leadership and confidence this semester and I felt very proud of them as I watched them run their final session at the Primary schools on Wednesday 13th June.
Well done everyone and I hope to see you all make the most of further leadership opportunities in the future.
